Pay Your Marching Fee Online!

For your convenience, we are implementing a new system for completing forms for Marching Band. We will have two meetings where parents will need to come in and fill out all appropriate paperwork and pay the marching band deposit. Parents should pick one of the two dates, whichever is most convenient, to come in and fill out all the paperwork. Those dates are June 16 and June 28 from 6-8pm in the Lower Cafeteria.

The meetings are organized to help make the filling out of forms as efficient as possible and to give you an opportunity to have any of your questions answered. You will be completing the Marching Band Commitment form, the Medical Release Form, two of the Prince William County Blue Cards, and the VHSL Behavior compliance form. When you come, please make sure you bring with you your health insurance and family physician information.

This year we have also streamlined the payment system for all band fees. For your convenience the boosters have setup on the www.Woodbridgeband.org website a Pay Pal system to allow parents to pay all their band fees online in a secure manner. You also can use all major credit cards (i.e. visa, mastercard, amex, etc).

Marching Band Fees and Payment Schedule:
Initial commitment form with $75.00 deposit June 16 or June 28
$75 deposit must acompany marching band commitment form.
Final Payment due by August 11

Returning Marchers $350.00 – This includes music, drill, instruction and show shirt.
New Marchers $400.00 – This includes all of the above, marching shoes and windsuit.
Color Guard an additional fee of $10 for equipment rental needs to be added to your fee above

Please note: when you pay online you will be paying the difference between the total fee and the $75 that must acompany your marching band commitment form that you fill out at registration on June 16th or June 28th. You will receive a confirmation email for your online payment!
