Should you purchase a tape or DVD?
DVD is clearly the better choice for quality.  However, you need to determine if your DVD player can read DVD+RW.  Most DVD players can read DVD+RW.  Click here for more information on DVD+RW and a list of compatible DVD players.

Good News! ... Did you get an XBox for gaming? Well, your Band DVD will play on your XBox ... Now that is Kewl!

Need a DVD player for Christmas?
Best Buy has DVD players that read DVD+RW, VideoCD (VCD), MP3, CD, CD-R, CD-RW, Kodak Picture CD and regular DVD for around $85.  The model name will depend on the Best Buy Store you visit.  Potomac Mills Best Buy has a player named "Shinsonic" which is assembled in China for $85; I purchased one and it seems to perform just fine.

Video Note:
The band video is not without mistakes.  As a matter of fact, the video has three mistakes (I think there are only three).  Buy a tape (or DVD), be the first to correctly identify all three mistakes and win a second tape free.
